Payment process
We require a 50% deposit to hold the date, and you can pay with any major credit o debit card. (Note: plus a 3.5% Processing Fee applies). We ask a final headcount 1 week before the tour. After that point, you may add guests, but we wouldn't make price adjustments for less guests. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival the day of the tour.
Note: All our tours start and end at the Marina in Puerto Aventuras just south of Playa del Carmen in the Riviera Maya and 35 minutes from Tulum.

Transportation
We have worked out a deal with a trusted transportation company for $20 USD p/p round trip transportation from the Riviera Maya, and from Cancun & Tulum $25 USD p/p. This is from any hotel, condo, or house in the region. You are absolutely welcome to talk to your hotel or see if you can source any other means of transportation —This is just our recommendation. Please note, we cannot guarantee transportation when booked within 48 hours of the tour.
